June 9, 2003 – MRI Cardiac Services, Inc. installs cardiac MR image management device at Brigham & Women’s Hospital in Boston, and teaching affiliate of Harvard Medical School.

March 1, 2004 -  MRI Cardiac Services closes first round of funding.

March 3, 2006 – MRI Cardiac Services, Inc. closes second round of funding.

April 7, 2006 – MRI Cardiac Services, Inc receives FDA approval for its CardioVue cardiac image management device.

April 21, 2006 – MRI Cardiac Services announces name change to Prova Images.

January 1, 2007 - Prova Images hires Dwight Ball as Vice President of Operations.
