CV Analyzer
Automated algorithms are designed to be reliable, reproducible and are validated against the “gold standard” manual segmentation.
LV Function
- LV myocardium is automatically contoured over all slices and phases of the cine study using a 4D model
- When necessary, tools for making rapid manual adjustments are available
- Measurements include Ejection Fraction, Stroke Volume, End Diastolic and Systolic volumes, Peak ejection rate, Peak filling rate, wall thickness, wall thickening, mass, radial contraction velocities
- Measurements dynamically change as adjustments to contours are made
- Volume measurements can be made with or without papillaries
- Automatic bulls-eye plots based on AHA 17 segment model
- Graphs of wall thickness, wall thickening and radial velocity per segment over cardiac cycle
- Contours can be copied and auto-adjusted from slice to slice both apical and basal
RV Function
- RV is automatically contoured over all slices and phases of the cine study using a 4D model
- Tools for making rapid manual adjustments are available
- Measurements include Ejection Fraction, Stroke Volume, End Diastolic and Systolic volumes, and mass
Flow
- Three steps automatically segment all phases of a vessel
- Measurements include stoke volume, forward flow, backward flow, mean flow, maximum flow, mean velocity and maximum velocity
- Plots include net flow, positive/negative flow, velocity, maximum velocity, minimum velocity and vessel area over the cardiac cycle
Viability Analysis *
- Contours can be copied to delayed enhancement images from LV contours
- All LV tools for rapid manual adjustments to contours are available
- Scar tools include auto-deliniation of the scar regions and manual addition and removal of scar regions
- Measurements include Scar mass, LV mass and Scar as a percent of the LV mass
- Percent scar transmurality per the AHA 17 segment model is automatically plotted
